I really liked this experience, because it gave me the opportunity to express my ideas and my points of view. I also enjoyed talking and sharing thoughts with other people. The IMUN simulation is a clear example of how collagues in working fields work together to reach with success a common aim.
To conclude, I would like to say that this project really opens people’s minds. Delegates learn about the world seeing it in many different ways in all its facets.
Respect and cooperation are the key words!
Alessandro Carlino
I liked participating in IMUN because it was a good opportunity to learn a lot. I could improve my skills in public speaking. I learnt more about teamwork and how people should work to solve problems in the world.
Federico Pallecchi
I’m very happy because I took part in a great experience. I improved my language skills. In addition to this I overcame my fears to be on the stage in front of other people.
Gaia Ghedini
To my mind it was a great experience! Something different from my daily routine. I had the opportunity to express my point of view about a country that I had never heard of.
Greta Rondoni
Imun was a wonderful experience, I made new friends even if I’m really introverted. I even tried to open up but they didn’t call me once in all the 3 days of the project. I had fun with another group making ideas on our own. They were really good for 3 days and I had fun simulating ONU.
Mariasole Scommegna
I believe that the school project IMUN is a well-worth experience, in fact, thanks to it, I achieved some important social skills, like teamwork and public speaking. It is something I would do, for sure, again.
Conz Stella
I personally believe that the IMUN project helped me, not only from a linguistic point of view, but also from a personal one, because it helped me overcome my limits, improve my self-confidence and make me understand that I have to believe in my possibilities and skills.
Regattieri Matteo
I personally think that this ONU simulation experience, held in Bologna from April 7th to April 9th, was a very positive one for my personal growth. In fact, I can affirm that I improved exponentially my abilities in speaking in public and in pronouncing English words more correctly and naturally. Moreover, my skills in organizing teamwork got better through this experience.
Martina Fiorentino
I participated in the Imun project in the first week of April and I didn’t expect to find that so interesting.
I really liked the three days that we spent together and also learning with other people was so much fun.
I would recommend this to anyone, even someone that isn’t really good at English because in my opinion this helps you gain some confidence and trust in yourself by speaking around a lot of people that you don’t even know.
I hope that everyone that joined the project feels the same as me.
We really had fun!

Good evening prof.
I want to tell you about my experience in IMUN Middle School.
This year was the second time for me.
The year before I did not participate a lot, but this year I tried to improve my skills like to talk more. Anyway this was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone; it is useful to improve your skills, like to talk in front of other people (also that you don’t know), to learn how to collaborate with others, to express your ideas and your point of view, but also to improve your English.
I liked this experience a lot and it was very useful to me.
In addition, all the people that were present were ready to help us if we were in difficulty.

Good evening prof! I want to tell you about my experience in IMUN Middle School. Last year I still had to understand how it worked and therefore I didn’t talk too much. This year, instead, I worked hard and tried to contribute as much as I could in my commission. I took advantage of this opportunity as much as possible that helped me to speak in public with more confidence and to express myself better in English. It taught me to work in a team, taking into consideration the ideas of others, and not just mine, to do a better job. I am really grateful to my teachers and the IMUN staff for this experience.
Federico Nanni
I found the IMUN project an amazing experience which has helped me a lot in my language skills. Thanks to it I am more comfortable speaking to a public, I have more confidence in myself and I think that, even if it lasted only three days, it has helped me mature as a person. I really loved this project and I hope I will be able to participate in it again.
Giacomini Linda
I was really lucky to take part in this great experience because few students have got this opportunity. I think IMUN is a great way to get even the shyest people to open up.
